Not only do I have the knowledge I have the life experience. With a background in psychology and over 10 years of compound sobriety, I know what it takes to over come your biggest hurdle in life, yourself.
Working with Jessica I discovered who I truly am. After having two kids and a failed marriage I lost myself. I didn't know what I wanted in life, what my purpose was, even my sense of style or even food that I liked. I was just trying to keep my head above water and keep everyone else happy. I lost who I was, my wants and my needs became a thing of the past. I learned how to put myself first and balance work and family as well. I would definitely recommend Jessica as a coach.
I hired Jessica to help understand my partner who was dealing with addiction issues. I found it very helpful talking to her because she has been through it. Jessica helped me to understand where my partner was coming from and why she was doing what she was doing. Though her support she helped me realize the I am in control and I needed to set boundaries and make better choices for myself. Jessica is funny and easy to talk to. I like how open and honest she was.
I was really struggling with drinking and trying to fit in. Everyone my age was doing it and having fun, but I knew it was more for me. It wasn't just fun and it became my life. I hated the way I felt and Jessica helped me realize that and move past why I was drinking in the first place. I felt like I could tell her anything and not be judged. Its nice to feel like someone is on your side and has been through the same thing.
