1. Drew Barrymore

2. Kyle Richards

“There are plenty of things you can order that taste better than alcohol, are better for our bodies, and won’t leave you feeling like sh*t & remorseful the next day. Plus being fully present and clear about everything you say and do feels really good.”

She also noted how being sober has helped with her mental health. “As someone who has always struggled with anxiety, I was very surprised to find myself surprisingly calm in situations that would normally trigger my anxiety. Safe to say it’s a win-win for me 🙏.”

I have been working on getting sober since I was 20. I'm 33. It took time. It took patience with myself,” she said. “I just held on to that belief that the real Lucy came out when she was drinking. It also quieted my mind…my brain just doesn't shut off and it's exhausting. I was a textbook binge drinker, blackout, wouldn't remember what I did or what I said, which is scary.”

Lucy said she first tried drinking at age 14, she knew she had a problem with it and at no point in her life has she been a “normal, moderate drinker.”

5. Jessica Simpson

“I was killing myself with all the drinking and pills,” she writes. The star got sober in November 2017 and hasn’t had a drink since. “Giving up the alcohol was easy,” she says. “I was mad at that bottle. 8. Kate Moss

She was a notorious party animal with a reputation for being such a dedicated boozer that it earned her the nickname 'The Tank' among her closest friends.

At 46, Kate's positively radiant appearance comes after she extolled the virtues of her lifestyle overhaul, explaining how she now prefers yoga, Netflix binges, and a good night's sleep to partying into the early hours with her glamorous - and equally wild.

9. Cara Delevingne
