Must Have Sober Tools

Throughout my 10 years of trial and error, I have tried many tools, strategies, and approaches to sobriety. When it all boils down, these are the top 3 tools I have used to propel my sobriety and personal growth with unwavering success. I want to pass these gems down to you to help you find your success on your journey, no matter what stage of the game you are at!

Knowledge is great. Self-help books and quit lit are fantastic ways to educate yourself. But in all honesty, applied knowledge is key. Putting this knowledge into action is when you are going to get results. This is when you are going to get changes that stick!

Here are 3 tools I use to achieve success in my sobriety:

Challenge yourself:

The first 30 days are the perfect place to build a solid foundation. If you listen to A Sober Girls Guide podcast you will hear most guests talk about how important their first 30 days are. That is where they started to get out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves and most importantly gain clarity.

Want an extra nudge of encouragement delivered right to your inbox? The 30 Days to Gain Challenge has you all set. With two daily worksheets to help track your moods and progress, and daily emails to motivate, educate, and inspire you along your journey. Deeper sleep, younger-looking skin, more money, less irritability and mood swings, stronger immune system, are just a few things you will gain in 30 days or less. Join the challenge here.

Get out of your head:

Journaling is a great way to check in with yourself on a more frequent, if not daily, basis. I love journaling and it has helped me tremendously during my journey. The Level Up Bundle gives you actionable steps, exercises, and homework to help you create the best possible mindset to propel your personal growth. This bundle includes the best-selling Sober Plan of Action Workbook and Journal, Slay your Anxiety Workbook and The Mindset Reset program.

These workbooks and journals helped me to build emotional intelligence and mindfulness and learn strategies and tools for healthier habits. Work on daily journaling to check in and release what you’re feeling. Get it out of your head and on the paper instead!

Community heals:

There is something powerful about being in a group of people with the same goals. Imagine being surrounded by other women who are going through and feeling the exact same things you are during your journey. With a combination of actionable steps, accountability, and exercises, you will be livin' la vida booze-less in no time! (and you will actually enjoy it!)

You will be too busy with a life you love, that you will never have to self-medicate again! I am going to teach you the must-have skills to get you long-term success in changing your relationship with alcohol. Find your sober crew and sign up here.
